All Donations Are Final

At Rich Off Knowledge (ROK) and AnuMind, we value every supporter and student who contributes to our mission of restoring divine wisdom, legal literacy, and covenant understanding.

However, due to the nature of our work, all contributions made through our platform are considered donations — not purchases — and are therefore non-refundable and non-transferable.

Why Donations Are Final

Our classes, digital materials, and private education programs are delivered instantly upon enrollment or donation confirmation. Because of this:

  • There is immediate access to digital downloads, private classes, or live sessions.

  • Each contribution supports the continued development of our educational mission, platform upkeep, and resource creation.

  • Donations reflect your commitment to learning, comprehension, and spiritual growth, not a transactional exchange.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare circumstances:

  • If a duplicate donation was made in error.

  • If a physical product was damaged or not received (for applicable items only).

Requests for review must be made in writing within 7 days of the transaction by emailing support@richoffknowledge.com.
